This level is control your breath speed. This exercise improved your abdominal force with strengthen abs.
Just tie this belt in everyday life. You can breathe quickly or slowly by your control. Also, it¡¯s better with working office, driving, take a walk, jogging, listen to music, do gymnastics, play the game, watch TV, anytime, anywhere and whenever you go.
You don¡¯t need concentration on your abdomen at this level. Just belted, it¡¯s enough to straining your abdomen.
And also, through unconscious action, abdominal breathing was induced and you can abdominal breathing unconsciously. This is making level a habit of abdominal breathing. Only ABspur can do this system.
