How To ABspur (Level 3) :

 

This level is to improve to heart and lung capacity, abs, energy and sexual powers.

 

1. Fasten ABspur belt on your waist tightly.

2. Exhale deeply, contracting the belly with release body and relax mind.

3. Inhale slowly as you expand the abdomen.

4. And Hold. (Feel magnetic stimulation)

5. Do not exhale. Hold breath. Just pull in the abdomen towards the spine.

6. And expand the abdomen rapidly, and repeat to expand & contract motion the abdomen rapidly and rhythmically just as stop breathe.

7. Even if you cannot endure breath, you can increase repeat time with more concentrate your abdomen.

8. Check repeat time per breathing time.

 

Generally it¡¯s possible to 30 times per breathing time, and the person who is good lung capacity can 100 times over at 1 breathing time.
